Bedtime Support Between
Sessions Starts Here
Bedtime is often when anxiety surges—and families struggle to apply the strategies they’ve learned.
The Bedtime Box bridges the gap between session and home with therapist-backed tools that support skill generalization, reduce accommodation, and build nighttime confidence.
Meet The Bedtime Box
The Bedtime Box is a therapist-informed, screen-free support tool for anxious children ages 6–10.
Drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT), it offers playful, structured activities that blend exposure practice, cognitive restructuring, and goal-focused problem-solving.
These tools help children face fears in small, achievable steps, strengthen coping skills, and work with parents toward independent sleep.
Designed for use at home, the Bedtime Box makes it easier for families to apply therapy strategies during the moments when nighttime anxiety is at its peak.

I’m a mom and counseling grad student who’s personally walked this road.
My child struggled for many years with bedtime anxiety tied to OCD and ADHD. Even with best support and all the right tools, nighttime was where fear always won.
We tried every workbook—but they lacked the hands-on, playful approach we needed to stay engaged. That’s why I partnered with experts to create the Bedtime Box.
